In many parts of the world, crabsticks (surimi) have mostly been enjoyed as a steamboat item. Even when crabsticks are fried as a crispy snack in Singapore, they are only made during Chinese New Year. Therefore, we decided to make this delicious treat available all year round and in various flavours. To create a delightful crunch, we used specially formulated crabsticks to ensure an incredibly light, crispy texture in every bite!
